Ateliving 30 Vacuum Tubes Heat Pipe Solar Collector (BYF58-30):

  • 30 high efficiency triple vacuum tubes (58x1800mm);
  • 30 Copper heat pipes;
  • Black aluminum alloy manifold;
  • Galvanized steel or Stainless Steel frame and stand;
  • Hardware Required for Collector Assembly.

Recommended Components to Create a Complete System:

  • One basic work station or water pumps with controller;
  • 60 or 80 Gallon Solar Water storage tank;
  • 20 Plate Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger;
  • Stainless steel flexible pipe, copper pipe or PEX pipe.

DESCRIPTION:

 

With high quality triple vacuum tubes as solar collector, absorption percentage 91--94%;

Tubes size: diameter 58mm and length 1800mm

Module is made of Galvanized steel, beautiful and durable.

The water in the indoor-water tank is under pressure, and the system works with hot water circulation pump.

Working pressure: 0.6MPa.

Heating pipe in the vacuum tubes are made of high quality copper, with our special Design: wing shape, more efficient (check the heating pipe picture).

If one vacuum tube is damaged, the whole machine can be work normally, as no other parts are influenced, replacement is convenient.

Warm keeper of water tank in the module is frothed with fiber and polyurethane, thickness 50mm

High quality Galvanized steel brackets are strong, stable and windproof.

Tube quantity is optional, from 15 tubes to 30 tubes.

5. Diversification of installation position, perfect combination with building
Heat collector shall be suitable for multi building style with diversification of installation position.

6. Separate type installation; simple & convenient.
Heat collector shall be separated with water storage tank, & water tank position shall have no limit. Standard modularization for fast assembly: easy & quick.

7. Use with cooperation of auxiliary energy resource
Auxiliary energy resource interface shall be reserved so as to achieve full day hot water supply with combination of electric energy, fuel oil & gas boiler.
